iPhone 4 e problemi di ricezione, Apple: ecco cosa dire ai clienti 1 Luglio 2010

I problemi di ricezione riscontrati nel nuovo iPhone 4 non sono di certo sottovalutati da Apple, che a quanto pare ha già studiato come affrontare la questione. Un interessante documento interno pubblicato dal sito boygeniusreport.com ci mostra come si comporteranno i centri assistenza quando un cliente lamenterà la poca ricezione del nuovo melafonino se tenuto in un certo modo.

Il personale, ponendo particolare attenzione al tono di voce (immaginiamo che il tutto sarà condito da infiniti sorrisi), dovrà fare leva sui seguenti punti:
- la ricezione del nuovo iPhone 4 è ottima, migliore del modello 3G S;
- qualunque telefonino se impugnato in modo sbagliato perde capacità di ricezione, è un dato di fatto;
- per evitare i problemi di ricezione è sufficiente non impugnare il cellulare in basso a sinistra, tuttavia si può ricorrere anche a una custodia per migliorare la sua ricezione.
Apple sottolinea inoltre che non distribuirà i bumpers gratuitamente.

Da queste linee guida sembra piuttosto evidente che Apple abbia deciso di negare l'esistenza del problema, noto anche come effetto mano. Inoltre, non menzionando alcun aggiornamento firmware, è probabile che la questione non possa essere risolta via software come ipotizzato di recente.
